Help us make MyFin better.

Every country, company, and business approaches accounting and business processes differently, making it impossible to design for every use case in isolation. That is where enthusiast come in. Your advice, feedback, and feature requests help us build a system that is flexible and useful for as many people as possible, including language translations, international functionality, and country specific accounting and tax laws. Help us make MyFin the ultimate accounting and bookkeeping software, and as a thank you, you will receive a free license.

Active participation

Enthusiast must maintain close contact with our development team. You will receive development builds of the software and are required to provide regular feedback to help us improve stability and performance.

Your data stays yours

You send instance logs to us directly. We will never have direct access to your instance and will not collect any data without your explicit consent.

License conditions

This license covers one running instance only. It may not be used to operate a MyFin hosting service, subletting or reselling is strictly prohibited. Your license will be terminated if these terms are breached or if feedback requests go unanswered.

Do I need accounting knowledge to use MyFin?

Not at all. MyFin is designed to guide you through everything. The interface walks you through every step, and automated categorisation handles the technical side. Your accountant can also be invited to review your books at any time.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. You can import transactions via CSV from any bank or accounting package.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. When upgrading mid-cycle you're only charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

What is the difference between Hosted and Self Hosted?

The Hosted plan runs on our servers — no setup required, automatic updates and backups. Self Hosted means you run MyFin on your own server or VPS. You get a lower monthly fee and full control over your data.

What is a perpetual license?

A perpetual license lets you run a specific version of MyFin forever with no ongoing fee. You can upgrade to a newer version at any time by purchasing the latest perpetual license or switching to a subscription.
